The Opens are an exciting time to participate in the worldwide community that we are all a part of. For some of you, CrossFit is ancillary work to help your chosen sport. Awesome... For Most of you CrossFit IS your sport. You are grinding day after day, watching your performance go through the roof!

Now is your chance to prove it, to yourself and to our community. Each week the workouts will be released on Thursdays at 5PM West Coast Time. I will program the Workouts on Friday and this year I am organizing 'Field Trips' to the other Boxes on the island to bring the community together and really push yourself. Pain is better when shared right?? I think so.
