Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

 Today's goal is to row as far as you can with a partner. You and your partner will share a rower and will take turns rowing for two minutes at a time accumulating 6000m or 28 min whichever comes first. While one partner is rowing the other partner gets to attack one of our signature ab complexes.

Partner Row:

600m or 28  Min Time Cap

Every 2 Min Partners Switch

Partner 1: Max Distance Meter Row

Partner 2 : 5 Burpees + Ab Complex with Plate 15/10

 Ab Complex = 10 tuck Sit up with plate + 10 toe touch with plate + 10 Russian twist
