 10 KB Swing everytime you rest on Farmer carry

Conditioning and Pacing .

Today focus is simply keeping your heart rate high for the majority of class time. You get to pick the order but you must bike, run and row. Todays format is to highlight you ability to complete the same or more amount of work each round.

Doing anything while your heart rate is high is tough. Really giving the Farmer Carry a good effort will provide you with tremendous mental and physical strength gains.
