POIPU Lunge Benchmark 7/31/19

WORKOUT NOTES:

For Time = AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

 Heads up! We will be re-doing the workout in the near future. 

 This 3 part workout is meant to test the muscle endurance of your legs. Ultimately it will come down to how well you can push yourself on the lunges when body is in a fatigued state.  Lunges are one of those exercises that will make you sore every time. Do them fast and develop confidence in your legs strength, look and feel.

If that isn't motivation enough, everytime you set the DB down you earn yourself a 3 burpee penalty. So hold on and go fast!

200 Foot distance DB Front Rack Walking lunges 50/35

( down and back twice on BBall Court)

3 burpee penalty every time you set DB down on lunge
