Barbell Complex + Fitness 8/5/19

WORKOUT NOTES:

 We are going to be focusing on some Olympic lifting today. Our emphasis is going to be on the clean today, and the goal is going to go heavy in the complex. After the clean complex, we will switch gears and work on some biking, double unders, and continue with some power cleans. We challenge everyone to go unbroken on the jump rope, whether it is double unders or single unders. This workout also provides a great opportunity to practice some barbell cycling. Avoid doing singles on the clean, try to link a few together. Good luck, and have fun!

STRENGTH:

 20 MIN to establish a heavy complex:

 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat

 WORKOUT:

10 MIN AMRAP

  • 10 Cal Bike

  • 30 Double Unders

  • 10 Power Cleans (135/95)

COACHES CHALLENGE:

If you mess up on the double unders, start over! Must be unbroken.
