Barbell Complex week 2 8/13/19

WORKOUT NOTES:

 Starting off today's Workout with strength in the form of a barbell complex. Both Strength and workout involve the clean. Really focus on your technique while warming up for cleans so when it's time for workout you can focus on going fast.  You will be seeing this same barbell complex through the month of august, so knowing this you should try to get a little heavier than last week, with a goal of a big PR at the end of the month. 

STRENGTH

20 MIN to establish a heavy complex:

 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squat

WORKOUT:

4 Rounds

20 Cal Bike

12 Squat Cleans 135/95

SCALING OPTIONS:

Squat Cleans -

Power cleans or Front Squat 

 COACHES CHALLENGE:

Heavier than last week on complex
