This workout inspired by and named after our very own Jermey Masters. Is one of many NEW Benchmark workouts that our coaching staff is creating. Benchmark Workouts means that we will be redoing this workout in the future to help measure our progress.
Will the UHTR coming we will be doing more and more running getting us prepared for our famous race. This workout is meant to challenge you running skills/ Capacity as we fatigue all other parts of your body.
