Last week of our Clean barbell complex, last chance to pay attention to coach and get tips and corrections for you clean technique. Next tuesday we go to the maximum!
This workout is all about keeping a pace for the 10 rounds and not slowing down too much. Ultimately your choice on power clean weight, fast single or touch n go should be the goal. Trust your technique and grip and rip it.
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squat
( Heavier than last week)
10 Rounds ( For Time):
9 Cal Bike
6 Toes to Bar
3 Power Cleans ( 70-75% of Complex = RX)
If new to gym or oly lifting
1 deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat
Toes to Bar
Alternating Single leg to Bar
Hanging knee raise
Tuck sit up with plate
