Recovery Ski + Burpee 8/7/19

WORKOUT NOTES:

We are bringing back the skiing! This workout is great because there is quite a bit of work to do in order to get to the burpees, and that requires you to work hard to get a great score. All three of these movements include hip opening and hip closing, so expect your core to be tired once you get to the burpees. Have fun with this one!

WORKOUT:

Every 9:00 minutes for 27:00 minutes

  • 1500/1200 M Ski

  • 25 Ground to Overhead(55/45)

  • AMRAP W/Remaining time Burpees

*Score = Burpees

Maintain or better your score for each round
