IT’S TIME!!

  We have been working our Clean for the last 5 Tuesday’s. This Tuesday we go to the maximum! Anything goes.. from the hang, power or squat even the muscle clean if that’s your vibe. Come to class ready to motivate and be pushed, maximise your gym environment today and go for something you have never done before.

  Then reinforce all you new fitness and try to get as many “perfect” Power Cleans at your 80-85% while we mix in some cardio and abs.

30 Double Under

10 Toes to Bar

1 Power Clean ( 80-85%)

 SCALING OPTIONS:

Clean-

Any variation that allows you to move weight to the shoulder safely 

-hang

-power or squat

-muscle clean

 Double Under-

8- 15 Double under reps

or

8 cal Bike

or

30 Plate Hops to 55lbs 

( no single unders)
