UHTR WEEK 9/9-9/13

How blessed are we?!

Some of the best coaches and fittest athletes in the world happen to be our really good friends, and will be volunteering their time to Coach our classes all week long. We expect class sizes to grow in size as we closer to race week, which means we get to practice our sharing and patience.

Let’s enjoy this week, and make the most of it by really expressing Aloha to our visitors that come from all over the world to participate in our Trail Run. This one event is what allows us to keep out Youth Program Free all year long. Make some new friends, ask coaches questions and try hard! This weeks gym environment will be an all time high.

Plus we are adding a 7am class time to add another opportunity to workout.

There are some class cancelations + off site workouts.
